The Business Journal ranked companies in three categories small, medium and large. The rankings 鈥 released November 4 鈥 were based on detailed surveys taken by thousands of employees across all companies. The anonymous results were analyzed by Quantum Market Research, an independent human resources survey company. Finalists were chosen based on employee responses about their company鈥檚 benefits, practices and culture.
草榴社区 has been voted one of the Best Places to Work by the Charlotte Business Journal for three consecutive years. This is the first time the company has taken the top spot. 草榴社区 acquires new customers for major brands in satellite TV, home security, high-speed Internet and other industries. In the past 12 months, they have more than doubled in size.
