3 Things I Learned
The power of asking a new question. I went on a sleep journey four years ago, and today I know much more than I knew then. It makes me wonder what is next – is it breathing? Is it food? Is it my relationship with exercise?
We truly are what we measure. I am a lot more conscious about what affects my sleep today, and even if we are 70% accurate, that data bank may someday be the key to longevity.
I do believe we can do a lot not only to live longer but to enjoy our lives much later in life. That said, I don’t want to be the healthiest guy in the cemetery. It is in that moderation and balance that we all have to find the harmony of our choices.
